The Art of Self-Love
Real love is not selfish or narcissistic but a gift we bring to ourselves and the world.
In this silent meditation retreat we will sit together in stillness and practice with compassion wisdom and love. There will be instruction, a dharma talk and guided Lovingkindness practice. There will also be time for questions. The retreat is for both beginners and long- time meditators.

There is no charge. The teachings are given freely. There will be an opportunity to give a donation (or dana) at the end of the retreat.
